Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Whitchurch, Shropshire

Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting an experienced and motivated veterinary surgeon to work and lead a established veterinary practice in Whitchurch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to “take ownership” and really make this practice their own and drive this practice to make it the heart of the community. You will be confident working sole charge however you will have the support of a nearby 24h hospital in Shrewsbury and several other practices in the region.

The practice has 2 consult rooms and a large separate prep room and theatre. There are plans to refurbish the practice in full this year. The practice has a mix of rural and urban friendly clients who have been with the practice for many years. There is lots of scope and potential to become a thriving practice.

Location details: Whitchurch is a beautiful market town in the north of Shropshire with over 100 listed buildings. There are some lovely walking areas nearby and also a large park and canal in Whitchurch itself. it is close to Shrewsbury, Chester and 2 miles from the border with North Wales.

Salary and benefits: This is a 4 day week full time role and there is on offer a very competitive salary package up to £65000 including generous accommodation yearly allowance. A car is also provided or allowance as well as generous CPD with three days paid, CPD leave and in house training allowance as well as paid VDS, RCVS, BVA fees.
