Job description
- Site Manager required to oversee the redevelopment of a city centre office building into a boutique hotel, bar & restaurant.
- Responsible for day to day running of the site.
- Ensuring quality and site safety requirements are met.
- Organising and managing sub-contractor packages.
- Assisting in preparing budgets and programmes.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the specifications, programme and budget.
- Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors.
- Responsible for liaising with management on a daily basis and during the project.
- Minimum 5 years' site management experience required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
