Job description
We have partnered with an award-winning company who are an industry leader in the Human Resource Sector. Due to this success, they are now on the hunt for a Lead Product Designer, or a Senior Product Designer looking to step it up into their next role.

Key Responsibilities of a UX/UI Lead:
- Act as the company's Lead Designer in aiding with the launch and design of mobile apps and websites.
- Discover, prototype, and design new products for users.
- Review and provide guidance for designs implemented by engineers.
- Build and present visual maps, service maps, journey maps, and next stages of design moving forwards.
- Be responsible for both the research and design aspects of production.
Required Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer/ Researcher.
- Experience in B2C.
- Experience designing both websites and applications.
- A confident leader, being able to work autonomously while using initiative.
- Must live in the UK and require no sponsorship.
