Are you a passionate User Experience (UX) Designer with a desire to make a difference and a flair for making complex concepts accessible and intuitive?
We are seeking a Lead UX Designer, who will be responsible for guiding UX Designers and our business to apply best practices for research and design and craft the user experience for our leading biopharmaceutical lifecycle software products.
You will work closely with customers that include top-ten Biopharma companies that are innovating to create life-changing therapies. Scientists across the globe use our software everyday.
What you will be doing:
Contribute to growing our design culture where user experience is integral to achieve business goals and product outcomes that delight our customers
Ensure the voice of our users is at the heart of everything we do by developing deep data driven user insight and understanding
Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables, gather requirements, map user workflows, prototype solutions, and apply and maintain design systems
Rapidly design and prototype solutions (wireframes, workflows, prototypes, journeys) and use them to generate understand and drive delivery within product teams
Mentor and grow designers and researchers, helping to develop and refine their skills

Experience with product experimentation methodologies, lean design and ways to measure success.
Competency in obtaining requirements/understanding user’s needs using UX testing, product analytics, surveys, interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
Experience of working with and maintaining design systems
Knowledge of UI design software such as Figma, Sketch and Invision.
The ability to show evidence of collaboration and problem-solving experience as part of a strong portfolio that showcases your design work.
Aptitude and desire to understand complex scientific workflows and scientific customer needs where the solution is not straightforward.
This role is a hybrid position, to based out of our Woking state of the art office.
