Lead Social Content Creator
Location: London, The Speechmark (Blended home working)

What will you be doing?
We are looking to hire an experienced Social Content Creator that will lead the in-house development of social content across the Vodafone UK social channels and strengthen our in-house Social Media team. You will need to develop cross-platform activations whilst maintaining active awareness of emerging trends, new and existing platform formats, and staying abreast of creative best practice in the social space.
Social content will vary from reactive/topical/partnership content to planned brand stories – all designed to deliver an amazing brand experience across the Vodafone UK social channels. This role requires a creative thinker who is naturally fun and ideas driven. We are looking for a team player who has experience in a newsroom-style environment to develop ideas and turn around killer content – sometime in short timeframes.
You will create social first content across TikTok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook and Twitter, working in an experienced Social Media team responsible for mostly owned content development, video production, social activation across major brand campaigns and customer engagement across all owned Vodafone UK social channels.
Who are we looking for?
This role requires someone who is fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in creating static and motion graphics for social with a social-first approach. You will have experience ideating and producing trend-led video content for platforms such as TikTok. A working knowledge of Cinema 4D or equivalent is advantageous.
We will also look for:
Proven experience delivering the highest quality social digital assets.- Experience using the latest phone camera technology, knowledge of DSLR, basic lighting and sound equipment for social-led production shoots.
- Strong communications and inter-personal skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders when required.
- An excellent understanding of social platform user behaviour and creative formats, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube, TikTok and SnapChat.
- Able to work across multiple projects and balance priorities between them, producing high-quality work to tight deadlines.
