Our dental practice is looking for an experienced and savvy Lead Receptionist to oversee our front desk at all times. The ideal Lead Receptionist is highly intelligent, an excellent listener, and has the ability to make correct decisions quickly. He or she will also be responsible for providing professional customer service while performing all necessary functions of a receptionist. A successful candidate will understand all areas of the patient journey through the dental treatment, as well as the ability to provide quick and accurate information .
A good Receptionist is organized, communicates well, and practices excellent time management skills.

Reception duties
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensuring the efficient running of the front desk
- Coordinating, booking and re scheduling appointments
- keeping a track of lab-work incoming and outgoing and making sure its ready for our patients before their appointments .
- Answering the telephone
- Checking and replying to emails from patients and if any queries liaising with the Dentist /Dental nurse
- Recording any communication with the patients in their notes
- Daily banking & cashing up
- Working with the team ensuring all the work is completed in a timely manner
- Completion of tasks and ensuring all the duties in the checklist as been achieved on daily basis
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
