This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead QA Engineer to join a dynamic software development team, for an organisation that has a track record spanning 15 years.

Responsibilities:

You will assume a leadership role within the Quality Assurance team, taking responsibility for overseeing the testing efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to develop and implement effective testing strategies, mentor and guide the QA team members, and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

Experience:

• Proficiency in manual testing techniques, test case design, and test execution.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#, is advantageous.
• Previous experience in software quality assurance or software testing roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
