What you’ll be doing:
- Working directly within a Control Account Management team of Underwater Surveillance system deliveries.
- Leading as part of a small multi-disciplinary senior leadership team delivering equipment for the Dreadnought build programme.
- Leading managerial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
- Monitoring and synthesising a portfolio of projects' progress and engineering task status. Managing and engaging with stakeholders that include customers.
- Resourcing and recruitment management
Your skills and experiences:
- Excellent supplier engagement with the ability to build long lasting relationships
- Forecasting experience
- Project Management skills in equipment delivery.
- Structured and disciplined approach to project management
- Demonstrable experience of the development and application of project management governance
- Experience in EVM, Risk and Planning
- PMDY and APM PMQ would be advantageous

The Dreadnought Combat System – Underwater Surveillance (UWS) team:
The UWS team is responsible for the management and reporting of the design, manufacture and delivery through key suppliers of the Underwater Surveillance systems for the Dreadnought class of Submarines for the UK Royal Navy. The UWS team is a multi-disciplinary team of project management, engineering and supply chain management skills who work together to deliver the integrated programme for the Dreadnought Alliance.
