What will you be doing?
Central England Co-operative are currently recruiting for a Lead Operative, based at our Coffin Factory in Nottingham. The successful applicant will be working to complete production processes within the factory to satisfactory standards and daily performance.
You will oversee all daily processes, communicate daily process performance to the production lead. Develop the team through coaching and training, work closely with department leads to ensure all tasks are being carried out in line with regulations
How will I know if I am right for this role?
You will have excellent organisational skills, an ability to communicate effectively, previous experience within the manufacturing industry and a good knowledge of manufacturing or Lean processes. You should be customer focused, a good team player, have passion for the brand and the drive for results.
