Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading London Market Insurer that need to hire a an IT Service Operations Lead on a permanent basis.
This business is looking to add additional staff to a high performing team in a growing organization. They need someone who is technically sound and can confidently liaise with stakeholders.

Key skills;
- Must have experience working within insurance, London market is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with end to end Incident and Problem Management processes.
- Oversight of Service Desk functioning.
- Experience working with ITIL disciplines and IT Group Controls.
