Sales Account Manger
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Experienced Sales Account Managers with a proven track record to build on our success for our Swansea office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a client base
Generate business leads and buying relationships with clients
Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
Negotiating sales with clients
Proactively identify, qualify, close and maximise new business sales to grow annuity, profit and market share
Liaising with external suppliers and agencies to ensure efficiency and quality in sourcing.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
Keep abreast of latest changes and developments in technology
Person Specification:
Be able to achieve targets and meet deadlines
The ability to engage and build excellent rapport with customers over the telephone
Excellent negotiating skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Generous reward packages / Competitive salary (£20,000 - £25,000) & commission - no ceiling to the commission, commission to be earned from the first sale.

20 days’ annual holiday (plus Bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year until a maximum 30 days
Performance & wellness bonus
Comcen are currently trialing a 4 day working week, upon completion of successful probation period, the successful candidate would be invited to join the trial scheme.
