What’s the Job?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Creative to join our team at Castore. You will report to the Head of Creative Services and play a key role in managing the creative output for all Castore partnerships. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is able to work collaboratively and drive the standards of creative direction and delivery to new heights. A strong understanding of multiple sports is also necessary for this role.


What will I do?

  • Responsible for developing and executing campaigns across a variety of platforms for our sports partnerships in football, rugby, cricket, and motorsport.
  • The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of PowerPoint for executing more occasional presentation briefs.
  • You will need to think ahead of the curve - across our competitor’s marketing campaigns, and trends, seeking new and innovative ways of doing things and contributing your ideas to the team.
  • Supporting and developing junior team members with personal and professional development

What skills and qualities will I need?

  • Strong background in copywriting, idea generation, and editing, as well as the ability to produce campaigns for both digital and physical mediums
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is required
  • Relevant technical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to pitch ideas effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with the creative team and key stakeholders, including the Chief Creative Officer and Marketing Director
