Our client seeks a Lead Business Analyst to join their team.
Role Profile:
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who is able to provide stakeholders with meaningful insights from gambling data and drive deep investigations into player funnels. You will unlock unique and valuable insights, driving immediate and impactful changes to the product and operations
Work from anywhere in the world – most of your daily touchpoints will be in Europe and Latin American time zones. Occasional business travel is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a thought partner to product managers, deliver strategic analyses that compel changes, and product decisions to improve player experiences and eventually deliver impact on key business metrics about promotion, retention, revenue etc.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key player funnels’ performance and player behaviours throughout their lifecycle;
- Be the thought leader for A/B tests, and establish the best practice for A / B test design and analyses;
- Manage the stakeholders’ expectations and prioritise requests appropriately;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior analyst in a formal and / or informal manner;
- Communicate the analytics insights and recommendations effectively to different partners and VP+ audiences.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential - Poker Industry experience
- Apply critical thinking, and curiosity to dive into analysis, producing immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term impact;
- Demonstrate an ability to distil data/statistics into a story and present it in a clear way;
- Showcase extensive experience executing analytics projects end-to-end with tangible outcomes in previous roles;
- Exhibit proficiency in data visualization techniques and experience with scripting or other automation tools and techniques like PowerBI;
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management;
- Excellent SQL skills;
- Experienced in gambling and online poker industry.
