Main duties of the job
*** This is a part time weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays) post within the London Breast Screening Administration Hub ***
We are looking for Lead Administration Officer (Team Leader) to support the work of the London Breast Screening Administration Hub by accurate, efficient and timely execution of essential activities that supports the breast screening pathway, under the direction of the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager.
To lead on the administration function related to the London Breast Screening Administration HUB and Call Centre including a close collaboration with the London Breast Screening services.
To provide, supervision to the Senior Administration Officers and Administration Officer’s, associated with the London Breast screening Hub and Call Centre.
The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of working in a public/patient facing role and have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate would also need to have the ability to use their initiative and be able to problem solve, in a busy environment.
