Job Description
- Will manage/work through the necessary license application process in coordination with the legal team.
- Will work together with global team to for the local setup of company in specific country
- Work closely with the legal team to maintain an inventory of legal obligations and statutory requirements
- Enforce and manage Risk programs and scalable framework to include: “Know your customer” (KYC), Credit Decisioning, Regulatory change monitoring, and ongoing operational risk assessments at a regional and country level
- Provide direct maintenance of subsidiaries and partner relationships in multiple jurisdictions across Europe in providing for facilitating Fiscal Representation or Tax Advisory services
- Drive the future course of action of services and software relating to Fiscal Representation and Tax Advisory for the region
- Design and execute reporting to measure success and performance against compliance initiatives including KYC, AML, Fraud detection, etc
- Partner closely with a line of business executives (Business Development/Sales, Product Management, and Operations) in enabling growth/sales, creating technology-enabled solutions for efficiency and improved customer experience, and ensuring overall compliance
- Recruit and develop talented team members to nurture and retain the company’s future leaders. Create collaborative and focused working groups by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation.
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience in the Fintech business (Digital Banking, Payment processing, etc.) in a leadership role
- Previous experience in the license application process is a plus
- Strong commercial acumen maintaining a keen focus on revenues, growth, and profitability
- Ability to combine strategic and analytical capabilities with a results-focused approach
- Lead and execute business objectives,
- Knows the local payment options in specific jurisdiction
- Proven success in building a risk-based business (both strategy and execution)
- Experience with structuring, developing, and growing channel life cycles
- Solid executive presence and relationship management skills
- Subject matter expert with a strong background in market definition with deep expertise across strategy, product, pricing, marketing, and technology
- Creates a sense of purpose for the future; vividly describes their vision and provides direction for how to get there
- Sets clear expectations and directions along with inspiration
- Encourages learning culture; fosters self-challenge and takes ownership; provides a safe environment for trial and error

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,019.61-£90,000.00 per year
