Layout Designer Or Urban Designer
Job description
This company are a well-established but expanding practice searching for Layout Designers, Urban Designers, Intermediate & Senior Architectural Technicians to join their residential design team.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the new build residential design sector and have strong design, presentation and technical abilities with a good understanding of residential development methods and practices along with some job running experience.
The role will be diverse and entail producing an array of interesting design, planning and presentation material for bespoke house type and apartments as well maintaining existing drawing packages with an understanding of how these affect ongoing site layout production.
It is important you have the ability to work within a team as well as independently and at senior level be able to offer leadership qualities when required. This position requires good communication, interaction and people skills therefore previous experience in a client facing role would be preferable.
