Job Description:
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing partner marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize the value of our partnerships. You will lead and influence the development of marketing strategies and plans to ensure partner co-marketing investments align with Latin America Partner Organization, sales, channel and field Marketing Team.
- Deliver relevant communications, content, and programs as part of the marketing strategies w/ Alliances. Promoted cross-company programs and initiatives to build strategic plans and achieve joint revenue objectives.
- In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our partner marketing programs, fostering strong relationships with the LATAM marketing team
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, channel management, and marketing, to develop and execute effective partner marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Assist partners with executive programs, corporate initiatives, , help them during execution, monitor Client/Claims submission, etc
- Manage partner marketing budget and expenses including forecast accuracy. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner marketing programs and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience in high tech/SaaS/Software industry with a minimum 2-years channel/partner marketing
- Strong understanding of market drivers, managing demand generation programs, developing innovative and targeted marketing programs that are results driven
- Demonstrated track record in successful execution of marketing programs and demand generation
- The ability to multi-task and articulate clearly to ensure streamlined execution and impactful results
- Creative thinker, with a track record of executing with consistency and excellence
- Experience with Partner GTM models including Global OEM Partners, with proven success managing development funds, developing marketing plans, and driving execution.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with comfort level presenting to business owners and senior management
- Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with the sales team and business owners
Must haves:
- Experience in working with OEM partners: Dell, Client, Lenovo, HPE, Microsoft (one of these partners at the min)
- Previous experience in high technology (SaaS) and B2B marketing preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Must speak English and Spanish (and Portuguese would be a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $42.00 - $43.00 per hour
