The Role
The firm is seeking to hire an existing Commercial Litigation Partner to join their newly refurbished office based in the West End, London.
You will be dealing with both Commercial and Property Litigation. The firm act for a real mixture of clients from household names to SMEs / start-ups and HNW/UHNW individuals.
The caseload will be broad but include; partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and high-value commercial disputes, dilapidation claims, mediation, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, and termination of leases and possession.
Requirements:
- You will be an existing Commercial Litigation Partner with at least 8 years PQE.
- The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
- You will be commercially minded
