The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Our company compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
Role Summary
- Biopharma Operations Partner role will serve as the primary point of contact to support BU Leads and streamline Biopharma Operations support; simplifying working processing and improve working efficiency in the US.
- The Biopharma Operations Partner will serve as a commercial operations interface for key BU projects, offering strategic partnership and Ops accountability.
- The Biopharma Operations Partner will strategically partner with BU Leads and other cross functional leaders to ensure future-oriented solutions are provided in a proactive manner, serving the commercial business’ work.
- A deep understanding of the business will be essential to advise on and broker Biopharma Ops services and draw on solutions across multiple enabling functions within the US.
- The Biopharma Operations Partner will have a strong grasp of commercial strategy to anticipate future needs of the business and help define future Biopharma Ops services.
Qualifications
- BA Required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in the commercial pharmaceutical business
- People management experience a plus
- Experience in collaborating with senior level management
- Extensive experience leading through matrix teams
- Proven track record of delivering business performance
- Drive for optimization/excellence
- Track record for building strong cultures
- Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships
- Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences
- Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines
