Laundry Operative
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to become part of the Solo Laundry & Linen Services' Production Team at Kenfig Ind Estate, Margam, SA13 2PE.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4.20 pm, occasional Saturdays
Pay Rates - Meets Nat Min Wage
This is a fast paced, physical role working in a very busy production environment.
Main duties:
- Sorting items of laundry
- Loading and unloading items into washing and press machines & industrial ironers.
- Ironing / pressing
- Folding of garments ready for dispatch
Essential requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- To be physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Ability to work as part of a team
No experience is required as full training will be provided
The role offers an immediate start dependant on satisfactory references.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
