Location: Guildford, UK
We are seeking highly motivated university students ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Sales & Marketing teams as you develop your career. University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2022 to June 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available new college grad roles. This rotation program features a general orientation to the company and our Sales & Marketing organization as a whole.
Rotations will be in the following areas where you can be hired into a role within the group:
- Inside Sales
- Field Sales
- Business Operations
- Channel Marketing
- Digital & Social Media
- E-Commerce
What is the LAUNCH Program? The LAUNCH Program is a supplemental, eight month-long program to introduce you into corporate insights and company culture. In this program, you will navigate through starting and launching your career towards your long-term aspirations. LAUNCH Program elements include:
- Exposure to training opportunities
- Comprehensive rewards & recognition insight
- Professional insights from leaders and professionals
- Engaging networking activities with cohort
- Equity, Inclusion & Diversity and Global Giving & Doing events
- University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2022 to June 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field
- Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated ability to work well with others through clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities
- Strength in prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Strong intrapersonal skills / relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Exhibits confidence in social environments / ability to easily connect well with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (espeically Excel)
- Interest in HDD, flash, semiconductor, components, nonvolatile memory industry
