ABOUT THE ROLE*
Due to significant growth across the business we now need to bring on an exceptional PA to support our Board of Directors. This is a key appointment for the business and we’re excited to go to market for this brand new role. As a PA you will provide a fully comprehensive and highly confidential support function for a busy senior team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- To manage multiple diaries, coordinating meetings and providing all appropriate material required to support the meeting.
- Booking travel, researching travel options and providing travel itineraries.
- Production of detailed board packs.
- Attending board meetings and recording minutes.
- Preparing and submitting expenses in the appropriate online method.
- Review and production of impactful presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising events as required.
- Drafting letters in a professional manner.
- Adhoc project support work as and when required.
- To provide administrative support to the marketing and social media function to the overall Linaker business, as required.
- Protect the companies reputation by ensuring the company is portrayed in a good light at all times and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil it’s moral and legal duties and obligations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience of working as a Board PA.
- If you have experience working in a similar industry great but not essential.
- Highly organised by nature and meticulous with the detail.
- Comfortable producing detailed board meeting packs.
- A whizz at taking minutes and monitoring actions appropriately.
- Discrete by nature due to the highly sensitive information you will be handling.
- A high level of written and numerical skills.
- A natural people person.
- Ability to judge priorities and work on your own initiative.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and working to deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel across all our offices as and when required.
THE PACKAGE
- A competitive starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (pro rata) with annual pay reviews.
- 20 hour working with the flexibility to work from home when not required for meetings.
- 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.

- Death in service after a qualifying period of 2 years.
