The Team/Department...
The Launch Planning Team comprises of the Senior Launch Planner and four launch planners. The team look after the execution of our product launches from a stock & order management point of view. It’s an exciting time for the team as we take on new challenges and change the scope of the role to focus more on end-to-end launch view (opposed to just the execution). Some projects that you may be able to work on are; sampling stock strategy, wrapping simplification, launch library & ways of working.

One of the biggest activations in the year for the luxury division is the Christmas Giftset campaign. It delivers a huge proportion of the turnover for the division and contributes strongly to market share. We need someone to keep this vital seasonal project on track and support with analysis and communication on risks to the campaign.
To do this you need to be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people and solve problems that arise. In addition, a close eye for detail is a must for Supply Chain to make sure your communications are accurate. Finally a key focus area is efficiency, it is very important that we continuously look for improvements with our workload to reduce opportunities for mistakes as well as making them less time-consuming.
We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Supply Chain with exposure to both Planning and Customer Supply Chain.
Day-to-day you may be...
- Supporting the project management of the Christmas Giftset campaign
- Releasing orders for our giftsets to go to customers
- Completing analysis on risks to forecast
- Outlining for ways of working for future campaigns

- Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
- Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
