£40,064 - £43,785 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

This role is for a fixed term period of maternity cover up to one year or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current postholder, whichever is sooner.

Are you looking for the perfect progression opportunity which will be the start of the next step in your teaching career? Our Teaching and Learning Manager is the role for you.

As our Teaching and Learning Manager for Agriculture, Horticulture and Animal Care, you will work collaboratively with your highly motivated and vibrant team to design, develop, manage and review programmes in the curriculum area, ensuring student needs are met through inclusive high-quality learning and provision. The work you do with your team will ensure that the student journey at Brinsbury College is the best it can possibly be and give the students a learning experience they will remember.

As a Teaching and Learning Manager, you will also have a positive impact on staff within your curriculum team. Our Teaching and Learning Manager will hold a full teaching qualification and an Assessor Award. You will bring a wealth of teaching experience from the Further Education sector and be able to demonstrate up-to-date teaching methodologies.
