Role: Yard Person/Driver – LU1 1UU - Stainless Balustrade Solutions
Job Term: Permanent
Remuneration: £10.50- £11.50 per hour depending on experience
Start date: Immediate
Stainless Balustrade Solutions are a specialist metal fabricator based in Luton who specialize in the design, production, and installation of structural and architectural metalworks, including, but not limited to, balustrades, balconies, canopies, and secondary steelwork. We are now seeking an organized, reliable Yard Person/Driver, who can use their initiative, to join our team.
Essential Criteria
· Full Driving Licence
· Forklift certificate/experience
· Fluent in English
· Physically fit (this role is physically demanding)
Duties include
· Loading/unloading deliveries of steel, glass etc…
· Processing goods-in accurately to ensure all materials received
· Keeping the yard area tidy to promote a safe working environment
· Carrying out driving duties as and when required
· Standard hours are 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday
· Overtime available
· Safety boots provided
· Onsite parking
· Pension
· 28 days holiday (including. Public Holidays)
