PLEASE NOTE:
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be a part of a close, family like team and have a strong work ethic and a desire to develop in this unique sector of the gardening industry.
Its important you have experience in Garden Maintenance at a high level, working in different gardens and understand the finish that is required for good quality gardening. It's imperative you have a real passion for working with both plants and people and understand the benefits gardening can have for community.
We work on a diverse range of projects, in some of the most desirable locations in London and the home counties. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Provide Garden Maintenance for an exciting mix of landscapes - from small gardens, to city courtyards, and large gardens across London.
Liaising with clients, listening and understanding their requirements to ensure satisfaction
Working within a dynamic team, providing knowledgeable horticultural support to the team foreman and taking on responsibility to grow within the team.
Must be enthusiastic, positive, driven and keen to learn.
