About us
Wynne-Williams Associates is an award-winning landscape practice based near Colchester in Essex. We are seeking a 3D skilled CAD technician to join our friendly team of 13 landscape architects to work on a variety of projects including public realm, education, residential, conservation and commercial schemes.
Role & Responsibilities of the job
Working to assist our BIM manager and landscape architects your role will be to:
- Produce technical drawings
- Produce BIM models using Vectorworks
- Produce 3D Visuals using Vectorworks, Photoshop and Lumion 3D rendering software
- Import, and coordinate project information, including architectural drawings and engineering drawings
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a person with:
- Good experience in production and coordination of BIM models
- Excellent CAD drawing skills
- Good knowledge of 3D programmes ideally in Vectorworks
- Experience in architecture, engineering or landscape architecture
- An understanding of the principles of CDM
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
