Job description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Labourer/Store Person to join our property maintenance team at JOR Property Ltd in Aberdeen. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly salary range of £10.00-£13.00, along with company benefits such as a company car, uniform, and a company pension plan.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out labouring duties and drive to different locations.
• Responsible for stock and store.
• Assist in the office with tasks such as delivering supplies to colleagues, reorganizing furniture, and performing repairs and maintenance.
• This job involves heavy lifting therefore requires you to be physically fit.
• Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work, even under pressure.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with others.
• Communicate effectively and have good people skills.
• Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Follow the working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, with a 30 minutes lunch break.
• Use our user-friendly app to track jobs and stay in touch with the team.
• Receive training on using the app and any new technologies.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Labourer, with knowledge of maintenance work preferable.
• Must have a valid UK Driving Licence.
• Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
• Able to handle physical tasks and work well under pressure.
