Job Description:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our Sales team in London. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Area Sales
Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department and support the team in achieving sales objectives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and provide guidance to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions to drive sales growth.
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales deals.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business development.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed sales decisions.
- Results-driven with a strong customer focus and a passion for achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the UK market and an understanding of industry trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
