Option to buy & sell 3 holidays per year. Report issues, problems and compliance breaches in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management;
2 + Years experience in a generalist HR Advisor role with related knowledge and experience, including employee relations, trade unions (although not essential)
Starting at 5am some days to set up the store bakery for the day or finishing at 11pm on others to close the store and ensure the store is ready for another day
Transport Compliance Legislation knowledge (for example driver's hours and working time, vehicle maintenance planning, infringements).
