Job description
Mechanically biased Labourer / Mate required to work for one of the best-known Industrial Services Businesses – on a long-term basis.
A world-renowned company are looking for a semi skilled operative at Fawley Oil Refinery, Southampton.
You will have experience of working on similar engineering sites for industrial engineering contractors.
These jobs will be to start immediately.
Working hours: 11 hours per day, 4 day week Mon -Thurs
NAECI Blue Book Cat 1-3: Grade 3 rates

WORKING PATTERN
Working either an 11 day fortnight or a 4 Day Week Monday to Thursday 11 hours
PAY RATES
First 38 hours Monday to Friday £15.50
After 38 hours Mon to Fri and Sat AM £21.70
Sat PM and Sun £27.90
ANNUAL LEAVE & BANK HOLIDAYS
Holiday pay accrued per week
Bank Holidays paid in accordance with the NAECI Agreement
INCENTIVE BONUS ARRANGEMENT (IBA)
£1.90 per hour
£1.40 paid weekly on all hours
£0.40 retained and paid out Monthly
£1.00 cost of living payment on all hours worked - Paid Out Monthly
SEVERANCE PAY
Accrued Weekly
WELFARE BENEFITS (Including Death and Sickness)
Will be paid weekly by Vital on commencement of works.
