Full Time, Permanent


We are looking for a Labourer to join our Operational Repairs - Property Services team to aid in the maintenance of properties and the delivery of high quality homes for our customers.

The Role

You, along with a team, will be responsible for transforming our homes to an excellent condition ready for our customers and will help us to deliver excellent customer focused services. You will carry out general labouring, clearing, cleaning, and semi-skilled maintenance repairs along with undertaking landscape maintenance duties to properties/ estates, and other works to maintain the safety and appearance of communal areas.

You’ll have:


  • Experience of labouring in a similar role

  • Good understanding of Health and Safety

  • Great customer service skills

  • The ability to follow/identify maintenance and improvement works, from work instructions and technical drawings and plans.

  • The ability to undertake semi-skilled maintenance work across a number of separate trades

  • The ability to climb ladders, work at heights and physically undertake the duties

  • Basic numeracy & literacy skills

  • Basic IT competence and skills

  • A full clean driving licence


Previous basic carpentry, plumbing or building experience along with experience of landscape maintenance / gardening would be beneficial although not essential.
