Title: Woodworker/Fitter Assistant/Labourer

Woodland is a reputable company specialising in high-quality wood products. We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Woodworker/Fitter Assistant. While previous experience is not necessary, a genuine interest in woodwork and a willingness to learn are essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with bench work at our workshop in Bridgnorth, including woodworking tasks and product preparation.

- Support our fitter in the installation of our wood products at various locations.

- Ensure punctual timekeeping and maintain a strong work ethic.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

- Uphold Woodland's commitment to reliability and honesty in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

- Passion or strong interest in woodwork and craftsmanship.

- Basic woodworking skills or knowledge preferred but is not essential

- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.

- Excellent time management and punctuality.

- Strong attention to detail for precise craftsmanship.

- Good communication skills to work effectively within the team.

- Problem-solving abilities for creative solutions.

- Valid driver's license to travel to WV15
