Victim Support is looking for a Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker to join our Westmoreland & Furness team. The role is home based within Westmoreland and Furness and will require regular travel across the South of the county working 25 hours per week
Due to additional funding we have expanded the Turning the Spotlight team in Cumbria. We have developed a high risk perpetrator programme and are recruiting an additional caseworker and facilitator across Westmoreland & Furness, to work with both standard/medium and high risk families. Turning the Spotlight is a busy service supporting families experiencing domestic abuse.

About the role:
As Prevention worker for Cumbria you will be responsible for a case load supporting clients on a one to one basis and group facilitation.
You will need to be a team player, willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients and be able to prioritise and manage your own caseload. You will also have an excellent understanding of and commitment to the promotion of equal opportunities and diversity.
