Young Persons Support Worker
8am-10pm, 2 on 2 off shift pattern- No Sleeps

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to make a real difference on a Permanent Basis!
We are looking for a Support Worker to work long days supporting 3 Young People in a Residential Home in Prescot.
Here you will join an existing staff team that support children with their day to day activities, providing support through their journey to adulthood.
This is a 3 bed teenage service that is settled, each young person accesses education and we are looking for a full time member to come aboard to work one to one with them.
Your role will involve taking the young people out in the community, supporting them with hobbies, education and general day to day support.
Shifts are 8am-10pm, and you will work a 2on,2 off shift pattern on a rolling rota.
Experience we Require:
- Minimum one year working as a Support Worker
- Able to commit to a set shift pattern
- Driving License is Essential
