We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair. This includes operating tools and equipment, loading and unloading materials, and following safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Load and unload material from trucks and other vehicles.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and pushing.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Follow direction of project manager and crew lead
- Set up and monitoring of drying equipment
- Monitoring and taking moisture readings
- Uploading applicable documents and photos
- Update job status regularly to project manager
- perform demolitions and light construction tasks
- Cleaning up debris
- Removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
- Upholding all company policies and procedures and safety regulations
- Assist with content documentation, pack in, pack out and content manipulation procedures
- Specialty cleaning of all surfaces
- Other general laborer tasks as required by crew lead or Project Manager
- Must be hardworking and punctual
- Must have valid drivers license with a clean abstract Must be reliable and bondable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
