Job title: Labourer
Location: Coleshill
Department: Property Services
My client is looking for a Labourer expert. You will be responsible for the day to day responsive repairs on commercial properties.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process
- Responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site
- Undertake general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment.
Skills/ Qualifications
- City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or similar
- Full UK Driving License
- CSCS Card
