Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
Take accurate orders and deliver them promptly, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for impeccable service.
Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance guests' dining experiences, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the guests' satisfaction.
Assist in setting up and breaking down tables, as well as arranging and replenishing table settings, linens, and tableware.
Uphold our high standards of personal grooming and appearance, presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter in a 5-star restaurant or luxury hotel, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
Silver Service Training is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings,
