LDW Property Services Ltd is a Malton-based, family-owned, Construction company that prides itself on over 15 years of experience in the building trade. LDW has grown over the years and incorporates all aspects of residential and commercial construction and maintenance services.
Due to continuing growth, we are now recruiting a Semi-Skilled Labourer
Although you will be based out of the Malton Workshop, projects will be all over the surrounding areas so you do not have to be based in Malton.
Position Description
As a Semi-Skilled Labourer, your responsibilities will include: Completing works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction Stripping out properties in preparation for building works, Ensuring sites remain clean and tidy, Ensuring materials are available for multiple trades (mixing cement, plaster) Preparing site for safe working, Assisting other trades to complete works as required, We are looking for a Semi-Skilled Labourer who has the following: To be qualified suitable to the trade Experience in building labouring Suitable CSCS card (not essential) Full valid driving license (essential) To be professional, be able to self-manage and ensure customer satisfaction. The ability to work as a team and have excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
