Job description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that quality assurance is adhered to.
- You will responsible for the whole spray department and will have people to assist you in your roll.
- Assemble and disassemble parts and components for painting
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate paint application
- Apply paint using airless paint spraying equipment
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Skills:
- Experience in furniture painting is essential
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and be comfortable working with power tools and precision instruments.
