Support Worker- Day Opportunity Service-Rugby,
Join our fantastic team and support adults with a learning disability to access a range of activities both within the service and in the local area.
Support Worker duties include:
Planning and providing sessions and activities for people that encourage people we support to learn and develop new skills
Supporting people to pursue interests and hobbies
Supporting people to maintain relationships with friends and families
Being a Key worker, where you write and agree peoples support plans with them and co-ordinate their care and support.
Supporting people to meet eating, drinking and personal care needs
Requirements
No experience is necessary as full training and induction will be provided
You will need a car that you can use for work
Hours are predominantly 9am-4pm Monday-Friday however if someone we support requires support that has been planned outside of these hours support staff must be available between the hours of 7.30am and 10pm
