Position: Labourer / Skilled Labourer.
Location: Torquay, Devon.
Rate: £14.00 ph.
Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Labourer to start work on a restoration project in Torquay in Devon. If you are interested in working on a historical building and looking for work in the Torquay area please call Chris 07776915661 or the office on 01179622296.
Details include
· General Labouring and Clearance duties.
· Assisting with site set up.
· Working with masons, joiners and other heritage staff.
· Taking off external render.
· Working closely with the site manager.
Requirements for role
· CSCS preferred.
· Full PPE and Own vehicle preferred.
· 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
· Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
· Photo ID.
