Job description
- One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some positions require you to obtain a company-sponsored certification in order to perform the role
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Load trailers
- Load/unload stacks of crates and move items around the floor
- Rotate products daily
- Sort, bundle and fill containers
- Place items in assembled units
- Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing truckloads
- Mark or put identifying labels on product loads
- Record movement of stock in and out of work areas
- Monitor materials, products and equipment at each step of process and report irregularities to supervisor
- Full-time, part-time and shift work may be available, depending on company needs
- Some jobs may require weekend availability
- You could be working in cold temperatures for long periods of time
- You are required to wear appropriate work and safety gear at all times
- Some roles will require you to lift or move heavy items and/or stand for long periods of time
- You could be responsible for completing all paperwork required for your assigned area
- You must follow all safety policies, procedures, and established company work guidelines
