An exciting opportunity for the post-holder to join an expanding laboratory and biobanking team to support all aspects of laboratory based research. The post entails:

• Administer and manage all aspects of the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre translational samples, to manage samples donated by participants in clinical trials and research studies.
• To provide an efficient and effective sample: collection, processing, storage/ shipping service keeping meticulous records and a full audit trail.
• To use stock control all clinical trials kits and ensure all laboratory equipment used is fit for purpose.
• To work flexibly and ensure adherence to legal and local procedural requirements.
