Job description

- To assist the team in maintaining accreditation standards such as: equipment and site maintenance, ensure adequate record keeping, assist the other Engineers, and expediting technical reports.
- To update the company work monitoring systems with accurate details and job status for each item of work for which the Engineer/Technician is responsible
- To meet customer delivery requirements in all respects
- To undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required.
- Any other duties as defined in the UL Staff Handbook and the Quality Control Manual.
You should be willing to learn new technical concepts and be able to implement them. You will also have the following:
Essential skills:
- A degree in a relatable subject, such as engineering or science would be ideal, but not 100% essential
- You should be willing to learn new technical concepts and implement them
- Someone who is a good team player
- Good communication skills within a diverse working environment
- Organised and methodical
- Good understanding of RF Communication methods, such as Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) test method
- Knowledge of testing and testing cycles
- IT skills: Has an understanding computers and good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, etc.)
