B2E Support Line
:Project Summary
:The Client Consulting Partner (CCP) role is defined as being a key driver and enabler of business growth as well as owning the delivery of consulting services for B2E Consulting pharmaceuticals and life sciences clients. The CCP will build strong relationships within our existing clients and work with our business development team to deliver our services to new clients within the business unit.
The CCP will have a strong background in delivering transformation within the pharmaceutical and life science industry, either from a previous internal transformation role(s) or by delivering transformation to these clients as part of a Consulting Services business.
This permanent opportunity is to join our internal team and is specifically to look after the delivery of our Consulting Services to our Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences clients with the aim of growing this business unit. You will have:
- a deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry
- the ability to understand and explain our offerings
- the ability to demonstrate why existing and future clients can benefit from our services

Key Areas of Work
:- Growing our B2E business within the pharmaceutical and life sciences business unit by building and expanding relationships within our existing clients
- Supporting the business development team and growing the business unit by delivering our services to new clients
- Taking accountability for the delivery of B2E services within the business unit
- Relationships : the ability to build trusted and long lasting relationships, to manage client expectations and ensure our teams deliver services in a timely manner
- To understand client hierarchy and identify key stakeholders
- To expand client contacts within our clients
- To generate meetings within the clients to share information about B2E's work
- Consulting : The ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover problems / requirements and shape the challenges into structures problem statements.
- Be accountable for P&L, service agreements and future contract negotiations
- Analytical thinking and problem solving : have the ability to comprehend complex scenarios and propose effective solutions.
- Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry knowledge : have deep industry knowledge either internally within an organisation, or through delivery of consulting services.
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills : Have the ability to drive and lead strategic execution, manage change and provide leadership guidance to the Delivery Teams working on client site.
- Thought Leadership : Ability to converse with industry leaders, analysts and formulate POV on trends

Mandatory Skills/Experience
:- Excellent and confident communications skills (written and verbal)
- Cheerful outgoing personality
- Ability to self prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and activities at the same time and move swiftly between different areas
- working in a pharmaceutical or Life Science company with a Transformation delivery focus or
- working within a management consultancy firm across a Pharmaceuticals client base.
