The role can be largely remote, with a minimum of one day a month in the London Office (can be more if the candidate would prefer).
Who are B2E?
In a world full of rules and obstacles, B2E Consulting is breaking the mould – B2E is an employee-owned trust, meaning employees hold a permanent or long-term shareholding in the company. At B2E, we are all Partners.
Our innovative business model is flexible and agile, and is already suited to the “New Normal”; we have been operating this way since 2004. We ask our Partners when they can work, which means our model accommodates working parents, return to workers, those with multiple professional interests, as well as more traditional ‘full-time’ employment.
Being a B2E Partner means you are working to solve business problems, share risks and deliver critical outcomes. Our Consulting work spans the financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and tech industries, among others. We have supported leading blue chip companies in these sectors for 18 years and with an impressive track record to show for it. Our client strategy is based around investing heavily to establish long term relationships with a small number of clients to ensure quality.
At B2E, we are dedicated to building diversity, inclusion and sustainability into our organisation. We are proud to be in the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis, winning a Gold Medal for the 2022 EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment. A sense of acceptance, and commitment to the wider environment, is important in our culture.

Does all or most of this role feel like "you"? We are happy to shape the opportunity for the right person - it might be full time or part time (3 days) and can be flexibly worked across 4/5 days.
