Job Overview:
As a KYC Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding our operations and maintaining a strong risk appetite. Collaborating with various teams, you'll design and enhance processes for onboarding and reviewing customers while ensuring our screening tools are calibrated to perfection.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Running with CDD/KYC/Onboarding related projects and initiatives.
- Designing and improving customer onboarding processes.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to establish fraud detection and sanctions scenarios.
- Configuring detection tools and defining operational processes to tackle adverse events.
- Embracing a first line of defense approach in Financial Crime Compliance.
- Investigating and reporting findings and screening alerts promptly.
- Collaborating with MLROs and Compliance teams in various jurisdictions.
Here are the skills you'll need:
- An Undergraduate degree (ideally 2:1) and a Masters in relevant subjects like legal, risk, or finance.
- A willingness to learn various forms of screening and systems, including blockchain address screening.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations, ideally from a law degree background.
- A team player with professional curiosity and proactivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Fluent Business English.

- Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in data analysis or a related field is preferred
