Corporate Title Associate
Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) in Global KYC Operations is responsible for performing KYC on clients of Deutsche Bank Group and Affiliates across Corporate Investment Banking. The Financial Crime Risk (FCR) division (KYC), (QA) function provides assurance to stakeholders as to whether Deutsche Bank KYC files reviewed meet the standards defined in the KYC Policy.
The Management Information Analytics & Transformation function is responsible for providing stakeholders, Management Board, Regional Management, Regulators and Auditors with a view of the quality of Deutsche Bank KYC process. The team provide in-depth analytics into the Root Cause of failure areas, assist with the management of action plans globally, aid the wider QA team on transformation projects through automation of processes and provide support to the development of key strategic systems.

Your key responsibilities
Take on the ideals of an Operations Engineer – working across the organisation to help drive change & improvements
You will own responsibility for the production of day-to-day Management Information
You will be responsible for the production of Governance forum material
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, owning the management and development of solutions in line with the organisation’s key objectives
Develop Alteryx & Tableau solutions for reporting – assisting with process engineering to minimise costs and drive efficiency throughout the organisation
Support and lead the continuous improvement program of work borne out of QA testing results, assess root causes and thematic issues proposing steps to be taken to eliminate, evidencing improvements
Your skills and experience
Analytical skills, attention to detail with the ability to think laterally around issues and proposing robust solutions
Experience of Operations process design and enhancements
Expert knowledge of Excel specifically, with building of complex formulae and pivots (including power builder)
Experience of producing informative PowerPoint material for Governance forums
Experience with process automation tooling such as Alteryx & Tableau is preferable
Experience of delivering key updates and management information to senior stakeholders
