Join our fast growing, food-startup, working in our busy kitchens making a selection of fermented, pickles and sauces for top restaurants and retail stores. We specialise in kimchi and chilli sauce and have won many awards. This is a commercial kitchen processing vegetables and ingredients, so there is no service and you'll enjoy conventional working hours.

We are looking for candidates who have knife skills, enjoy working efficiently with a team and have previous experience in food production, cooking in a restaurant or similar setting.
Responsibilities:
- Upholding food saftey protocols
- Completing paper records
- Preparing and processing vegetables
- Accuratly weighing recipes
- Operating machinery
